Payment terms are outlined in your consulting agreement. Standard terms include net-30 payment on invoices. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.
We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
Deliverables created during an engagement are transferred to you upon final payment unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio and case studies, using only publicly available information unless you grant additional permissions.
Our consulting services are advisory in nature. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from the implementation of our recommendations. Total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.
