The Story

From corporate
to coaching

I spent 12 years in corporate strategy — first at a top-tier management consultancy, then leading a $200M division at a global consumer brand. I was good at it. I was also miserable. The work was interesting but the impact felt hollow. I was building someone else's vision.

After years in corporate, I left to build my own consulting firm. No clients. No network outside of corporate. No safety net. Within 18 months, I'd hit seven figures. Within three years, I had a team of four and a waitlist.

Now I do the thing that lights me up most — helping other founders skip the painful lessons I learned the hard way and build businesses that actually give them the life they wanted in the first place.

You're paying me to be honest, not nice. Most founders are surrounded by people who agree with them. That's not helpful.

The businesses that scale fastest are almost always the simplest. One core offer, done really well, beats a dozen mediocre ones every time.

Year 1 — Year 8

Corporate Strategy

Spent eight years at a top consulting firm working with enterprise companies on operations, market entry, and restructuring. That's where I learned how the best-run companies actually think.

Year 8 — Year 12

VP of Strategy, Global Brand

Ran a business unit, grew the team from 12 to 45, drove 34% revenue growth over two years. Then realized I wanted to build for myself.

Year 13

The Leap

Quit. Started with zero clients and a bet that I could help founders build better businesses than the ones I'd been optimizing for someone else.

Year 13

Seven Figures

Hit $1M in 18 months, mostly on referrals. Turns out people talk when you actually help them make money.

Year 14 — Present

Strategy & Scale

Now fully focused on coaching founders. Over 200 clients, $40M+ in client revenue generated. This is the work I was always meant to do.
